Atlantis University Campus Radio is seeking a dynamic and versatile On-Air Personality/Producer to join our broadcast team. Key Objectives

  • Deliver live, engaging on-air content that informs, entertains, and connects with listeners.
  • Produce high-quality radio segments, coordinating all aspects of show preparation and execution.
  • Collaborate with the programming team to develop innovative content and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain technical standards to ensure seamless broadcast operations.

Responsibilities

  • Host live radio shows, interviews, and special segments with energy and professionalism.
  • Plan, script, and produce daily programming, including music selection, guest coordination, and content research.
  • Operate and troubleshoot broadcast equipment and software to ensure smooth transmission.
  • Collaborate with producers, DJs, and other team members to create cohesive and engaging programming.
  • Monitor audience feedback and ratings to continuously improve show content and delivery.
  • Stay current with industry trends, music, and news relevant to the station’s target audience.
  • Manage social media and promotional activities related to on-air content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an on-air personality, radio producer, or similar role in broadcast media.
  • Strong verbal communication and interviewing skills with a clear, engaging voice.
  • Proficiency with broadcast equipment, audio editing software, and live streaming platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
  • Knowledge of FCC regulations and broadcast standards is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in college or commercial radio stations highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
