Key Objectives

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct virtual music lessons for individual students and groups across various skill levels.
• Develop customized lesson plans that incorporate theory, technique, and performance.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide detailed feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms effectively to create an interactive and engaging learning environment.
• Encourage student participation in virtual recitals, workshops, and collaborative projects.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and communications with students and parents.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in music education and virtual teaching.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience teaching music in an online or virtual setting.
• Strong proficiency in one or more musical instruments or vocal performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students remotely.
• Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) and digital music tools.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
