Job ResponsibilitiesVoice Support for a FINTECH Co. Operations; DRA [Debt Recovery Agent] Certified Telecallers; Without DRA - Freshers & Experienced up to 2 Yrs can also apply:
- Manage a large number of Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow Call Center Scripts when handling different calls/issues
- Identifying customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide relevant solutions to the customers
- Maintain regular follow-up with Customer till closure of Overdue Accounts

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently
