1. Hiring new employees as per company’s requirement and training of new staff members.
2. Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces the new employees to the office culture, policies.
3. Develop programmes to enhance employee relation and offer employee support to each staff.
4. Come up with new methods to measure employee morale and improve overall office environment
5. Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business strategies.
6. Bridging the management and employee relations by addressing both the parties.
7. Nurture a positive working environment.
8. Ensure all the compliances are taken care of.
9. Coordinate with the admin and arrange for office events, birthdays, festival etc.
