ARMAGA VR located at Louis Joliet Mall in Joliet, IL is seeking a sales savvy individual to serve at our virtual reality amusement kiosk at Louis Joliet Mall in Joliet, IL. Our ideal candidate is HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, self-driven, tech-savvy, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
• Directs customers by escorting them to our virtual reality experiences.
• Advises customers by providing information on virtual reality experiences and private events.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; cash, and store or other credit cards.
• Use judgment to solve customer problems.
• Maintains scheduling commitments.
• Responsible for recruiting, on-boarding and training new hires.
• Handles employee scheduling and serve as back-up for no-shows.
• Ensure cash is fully accounted for at all times.
• Ensures the kiosk is clean and safe for customers use.

• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent verbal skills
• Able to problem solve as issues arise
• Computer savvy
