Join a large, growing international freight forwarding company that's expanding its Sales team!  They are looking for candidates with relevant Inside Sales or Operations experience in international freight forwarding, preferably in TPEB (Transpacific Eastbound). Mandarin speaking is preferred.

Position Overview:
As a "Sales Partner" or Account Manager, you will serve as a U.S.-based extension of our Asia sales team. This role involves fostering close cooperation between the Asia sales team and U.S. customers to grow additional lanes and services through local relationship building. You will develop a deep understanding of customers’ supply chain needs and business objectives to create effective solutions that benefit both the customers and the company. As the primary North American point of contact, you will handle all aspects of the customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular in-person visits.
  • Collaborate with the Asia sales team to align on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow additional lanes and services.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or sales operations with freight forwarding companies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on in-person interactions.
