Join a large, growing international freight forwarding company as a Sales Manager/Director to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. This hybrid role (Chicago or Dallas) offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, to drive success through innovative strategies, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales team, setting performance goals and driving results.
  • Oversee sales operations: pipeline management, quota attainment, and account assignments.
  • Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and track key metrics.
  • Implement sales enablement programs: training, conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Build and grow client accounts to ensure long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in sales management within NVOCC, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding, with expertise in Trans-Pacific Trade.
  • Experience with top NVOCCs like Morrison Express, OEC Group, or Kerry Logistics is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90K–$140K/year (DOE) + Sales Commission Program
