Experienced Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding (Asia/US Trade Lane)

We partner with some of the leading freight forwarding companies in the U.S.

One of our clients — a large, well-established international freight forwarder focused on the Asia/US (TPEB) trade lane — is expanding their sales team in the Los Angeles area.

They are seeking experienced Sales professionals with a proven track record in ocean imports and Asia/US trade lanes, and ideally, an existing book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow market share

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs

  • Promote freight forwarding services tailored to customer requirements

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Outside Sales experience in freight forwarding (required)

  • Experience specifically in Asia/US (TPEB) trade lane and ocean imports

  • Proven track record of developing new business and/or managing a book of business

  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, supply chain, and customer engagement

  • Must be US-based, preferably in LA

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $70K–$250K/year (DOE & book of business)
Commission based on portfolio and performance
