Exciting Opportunity for Experienced AI Specialist/ AI Engineer (fully remote, Vietnam)

**Looking for someone who has experience buidling software using AI, in Recruiting

We are growing our recruiting agency and looking for an Experienced AI Specialist / AI Engineer who will help making the business process easier and automated using different AI tools. Someone who can also help the team to build the recruiting related software. Our recruiting agency mainly work with companies based in the US and Canada. Therefore, you need to be fluent in English and have great communication skills. Previous 2-5 years of experinece in AI automation focused on automating business processes related to Recruiting. Knowledge in AI tools and applications is required, someone who has a technical background. Someone who can code and use No-Code platforms.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Use no-code tools to help build software with AI capabilities (to build MVP)

- Use AI tools to automate some of the business process to make them more efficient and effective (recruiting process)

- Make suggestions and recommendations based on the current trends in AI and how we can utilize in our process

- Consistently find ways to make the process easier and more efficient 
- You need to be fluent in English, have strong communication skills, have a high speed internet, and a laptop
