Exciting Opportunity for AI Specialist/ AI Engineer (fully remote, India)

We are growing our recruiting agency and looking for a AI Specialist / AI Engineer who will help making the business process easier and automated using different AI tools. Someone who can also help the team to build the recruiting related software. Our recruiting agency mainly work with companies based in the US and Canada. Therefore, you need to be fluent in English and have great communication skills. Knowledge in AI tools and applications is required, someone who has a technical background.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Use AI tools to automate some of the business process to make them more efficient and effective (recruiting process, marketing process, billing process, lead generation process)
- Help the technical team/agency to build the software which utlizes AI functionalities

- Make suggestions and recommendations based on the current trends 

- Consistently find ways to make the process easier and more efficient 
- You need to be fluent in English, have strong communication skills, have a high speed internet, and a laptop
