We’re looking for a technical, execution-focused individual to help automate and scale our talent sourcing and lead generation processes.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to leverage AI tools, scraping, and automation workflows to drive real business outcomes—not just experimentation.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize automated sourcing workflows (candidates + companies)
- Use AI tools to identify, enrich, and qualify leads
- Develop systems for data extraction, cleaning, and structuring
- Automate repetitive tasks across recruiting and sales processes
- Integrate tools (APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, scripts) to improve efficiency
- Continuously test and improve workflows to increase output and quality
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, Gemini etc.) in real workflows
- Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Ability to work with data scraping / APIs / basic scripting (Python preferred)
- Experience in lead generation, recruiting, or data workflows is a strong plus
- Strong problem-solving mindset — someone who can build, test, and iterate quickly
Preferred:
- Experience automating LinkedIn sourcing or outbound workflows
- Knowledge of CRM/ATS systems
- Experience working with datasets (Google Sheets, databases, enrichment tools)
