1.Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
 Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, tasks, and milestones

2. Team Management: Assemble a project team with the necessary skills and expertise.
Assign roles and responsibilities to team members

3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may arise during the project.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Monitor and address risks as they occur.

4. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Provide regular project updates and status reports.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise

5. Scope Management:
Ensure that the project stays within its defined scope.
Manage and document changes to project scope, if necessary, and assess their impact on the project

6. Time Management: Monitor project timelines and ensure that tasks are completed on schedule.
Manage dependencies and critical paths to prevent delays.

7.Post-Implementation Review: Evaluate the project's success and identify areas for improvement
 

Skills Required:
Five or more years of project management experience, particularly in IT projects related to PHP Laravel development.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
