Mission Context

We are seeking a UX/UI expert to assist our team in modernizing the interfaces of our three main applications, currently based on outdated technologies. This mission aims to enhance the user experience, streamline screen designs, and implement a new Angular Design System.

Mission Objectives

1. Audit and Mapping of Existing Interfaces

• Analysis of Current Screens: Evaluate the existing graphical interfaces of our three key applications.
• Comprehensive Mapping:
  • Identify and document all screens, displayed information, and user journeys.
  • Detect redundancies and inconsistencies, while highlighting opportunities for improvement.
• UX Diagnosis: Provide an overview of weaknesses and simplification opportunities.

2. Streamlining and Optimization

• Improvement Strategies:
  • Propose approaches to simplify and optimize screens and displayed information.
  • Redesign user journeys to make them more intuitive and seamless.
• Prototyping:
  • Develop proposals for organizing information and enhancing user interactions.

3. Mockup Design

• Collaborative Approach:
  • Conduct participatory workshops and interviews to gather the needs and expectations of end users.
• Advanced Mockups:
  • Design functional and visually appealing screen mockups using Figma.
  • Apply modern standards in UX/UI design and ergonomics.
• Continuous Validation: Secure stakeholder approval for the proposed mockups.

4. Development Support and Implementation

• Developer Collaboration:
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved mockups.
  • Utilize Angular as the framework for developing the new interfaces.
• Compliance:
  • Ensure that developments align with the specifications defined in the mockups.

5. Maintenance and Evolution of the Design System

• Continuous Updates:
  • Maintain and enhance the Angular Design System to ensure consistency across all applications.
  • Document changes and train internal teams on the updated standards.

Expected Deliverables

1. Complete audit report and interface mapping.
2. Documented optimization strategies with UX/UI recommendations.
3. Functional and visually appealing mockups in Figma.
4. Documentation and updates to the Angular Design System.
5. Implementation follow-up report and lessons learned.

Required Skills

Technical

• Expertise in UX/UI and proficiency with tools like Figma.
• Experience conducting interface audits and designing optimized user journeys.
• Advanced knowledge of Angular technologies and Design Systems.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders.
