    • 550€/HT de 1 à 6 mois de mission 
    • 565€/HT 6 mois à 12 mois de mission 
    • 600€/HT le reste de la mission
• Durée de la mission : 12 mois (possibilité de prolongation)
• Lieu : Charenton le pont

Mission Description :

We are seeking a consultant for a User Support role on the FINASTRA Loan IQ software package. The consultant will be responsible for assisting our users in using this system, resolving technical issues, and providing training on the software's features.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to users of the FINASTRA Loan IQ software package
• Resolve technical issues in collaboration with the software development team
• Provide training to users on the features of the software package
• Document technical issues and their solutions to improve the company's knowledge base
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Significant experience as User Support, with specific expertise on FINASTRA Loan IQ
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English, both written and spoken

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with other loan management systems
• Understanding of project management principles
• Degree in computer science, information management, or related field
