  • Freelance :
    • 550€/HT de 1 à 6 mois de mission 
    • 565€/HT 6 mois à 12 mois de mission 
    • 600€/HT le reste de la mission
• Durée de la mission : 12 mois (possibilité de prolongation)
• Lieu : Levallois + Déplacement à Londre à prévoir

Mission Description:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team. The consultant will provide servant leadership to our Scrum team, facilitating Scrum rituals, removing impediments, and helping the team achieve sprint goals.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum rituals including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning
• Work with the Product Owner to help maintain and prioritize the backlog
• Remove impediments that are preventing the team from achieving sprint goals
• Foster a collaborative and transparent working environment
• Coach the team on Agile principles and practices

Required Qualifications:

• Significant experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM)
• Excellent servant leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with other Agile methods (e.g., Kanban, XP)
• Understanding of software development principles and familiarity with current development technologies
• Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
