    • Le TJM pourra évoluer au maximum de 7% au bout de 12 mois et en fonction du taux de satisfaction client

Objectifs et livrables

Roles and Responsibilities on the Project The GDPR consultant, known as the "Privacy Coordinator," oversees the implementation of compliance by:

1. Monitoring the implementation of compliance measures within their respective domains.
2. Conducting project checks before validation.
3. Serving as a guide regarding Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) when necessary.
4. Maintaining and updating the register within their domain with the approval of the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
5. Mobilizing and informing stakeholders involved in GDPR compliance.
6. Reporting any data protection issues or challenges to the DPO.
7. Ensuring the execution of data protection policies and procedures within their domain.
8. Ensuring the implementation of data protection policies, procedures, and action plans to mitigate risks.
9. Translating policies into operational business processes (cf. Privacy by Design).
10. Establishing a connection with IT, CISO, and DPO teams when necessary.
11. Keeping abreast of legal and regulatory developments (Data Governance Act; Data Act).

The Privacy Coordinator acts under the guidance of the Internal Data Processing Owners or directly from the Internal Data Controller and collaborates with IT and Business teams.
