• Télétravail : 2 jours par semaine 
• CDI de mission : entre 48k€ et 52k€ brut annuel selon profil
• Expérience de 5 à 7 ans (hors stages et alternances) dans un contexte similaire.
• Anglais : Niveau C1

🔧 Objective :
To strengthen and optimize technical FinOps practices in order to maximize return on investment in Azure Cloud through smart architectural decisions, performance enhancements, and cost control.

🧩 Scope of Work

1. Performance Optimization

• Define and implement tuning/downtuning processes across IaaS and PaaS services (servers, disks, AKS, etc.)

• Monitor resource usage and improve overall efficiency

• Enhance application performance while minimizing technical and financial overhead

2. Cost Optimization

• Lead quarterly cost hunting sessions to identify and eliminate unnecessary cloud spend

• Recommend cost-saving measures (e.g., archive tiering, right-sizing SKUs, etc.)

3. Cost Attribution & Reporting

• Improve cost attribution processes aligned with IT Asset Management (ITAM) practices via ServiceNow

• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of cloud expenditures

🛠️ Required Skills

• Performance Optimization: Proven experience with performance tuning and resource efficiency in cloud environments

• Azure Expertise: Strong knowledge of Azure services, primarily IaaS with some SaaS exposure

• Cloud FinOps: Solid understanding of cloud financial operations and cost control best practices

• Cost Analysis: Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable savings

• Fluent in English

1. Performance Tuning Documentation: Detailed records of processes implemented and their results

2. Cost Optimization Reports: Quarterly reports summarizing cost hunting sessions and identified savings

3. Cost Attribution Framework: Formalized and updated cost attribution model aligned with ITAM via ServiceNow
