Description and Deliverables of the Service

As a Technical Project Manager specializing in the Digital Workplace, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing technical projects aimed at transforming and optimizing our clients' digital work environments. You will work on a variety of projects ranging from setting up collaborative platforms to integrating mobility and security solutions.

Main Missions:

1. Project Management: ○ Plan, coordinate, and oversee Digital Workplace projects from design to production. ○ Define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. ○ Monitor performance indicators and regularly report project progress to management.

2. Coordination of Working Groups in an International Context

3. Design and Development: ○ Participate in designing technical solutions tailored to Digital Workplace needs. ○ Supervise the development, testing, and integration of new features.

4. Technology Watch: ○ Keep up with technological developments and market trends in the Digital Workplace field. ○ Propose improvements and innovations to keep solutions up to date.

5. Support and Training: ○ Provide level 3 technical support for Digital Workplace users. ○ Organize and conduct training sessions for end users and internal teams.

• Management of Workstations and Mobile Solutions: ○ Responsible for managing workstations and mobile solutions (smartphones, PDAs, etc.). ○ Upcoming project: Global management of workstations. ○ Implementation of a workstation management solution: Microsoft Intune.

• Management of Collaborative Solutions: ○ Management of licenses on the Office 365 platform: email, SharePoint.
