Our client is a thriving HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Services company that has been delivering top-tier service  to residential and commercial clients for years. We are on the lookout for a visionary Chief Executive Officer/General Manager to operate and lead the company to new heights.

Role Overview: As the CEO, you’ll steer the company’s strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial success. You'll need a solid HVAC, Electrical or plumbing background, a knack for leading teams towards success, and the ability to keep us moving forward, sustainably and profitably. We're looking for a leader who has grown this kind of business from 10mm - 20mm+.

Ideal fit: Strategic yet hands on; inspires people, leads to transformational change and growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: A Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or a related field is ideal. 
• Experience: A decade of leadership experience in the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical industry or similar, with a track record of growing businesses and leading teams.
• Leadership: A history of motivating teams, enhancing workplace culture, and driving performance. Demonstrated sales & EBITDA growth with 10mm -> 20mm revenue business.
• Customer Focus: Maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Strategy & Operations: Proven ability to craft and execute growth strategies and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Financial Skills: You should be comfortable with numbers, from budgeting and forecasting to financial analysis, understanding.
• Innovative Thinking: Always on the lookout for new business opportunities and ways to stay ahead in the HVAC, Electrical or plumbing markets and highly entrepreneurial.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be interacting with all stakeholders.

• Technical Know-How: A deep understanding of technology and trends in this space would be very beneficial.
• Green Practices: Interest or experience in sustainable practices is something that's important to this business and culture.
