AI Forge is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Manager with our mission to provide support and resources to early-stage AI start-ups, helping them bring their innovative ideas to life. They key areas for this role would include the following:
- Identifying Corporates interested in running an Innovation Hackathon
- Generate sponsorship for AI Forge hosted events or activities
- Understand from our Founders the most useful corporates for each company
- Negotiate with suppliers to extract exclusive special offers and perks
Innovation Hackathons:
- Identify Corporates to run an Innovation Hackathon on their behalf
- Identify the best ‘consultants’ to visit the Corporate to secure a detailed brief
- Work with the Outreach Manager to generate interest from the Firepit community
Sponsorship:
- Generate sponsorship: The Forge will host up to 43 different events that could be sponsored
- Revisit the sponsorship comms to improve and make more relevant to secure £ budgets
Corporate Interest:
- Work with our start-ups to identify the key B2B benefits of their solution and help them craft their one-pagers to help you sell their proposition into corporates
- Get buy-in from corporates across multiple industry verticals to validate Founder solutions
Perks & Special Offers:
- Identify and negotiate great deals & perks with suppliers for the Founders
Remuneration Package:
1. 1.5% equity in AI Forge London
2. £40k salary – plus generous sales commission
3. Flexibility of being in Forge anticipated to be 5 x weeks in-person per Cohort (15 weeks PA) plus team meetings – the rest would be virtual days
4. 23 days holiday increasing by 1 x day a year up to 30 x days paid holiday
