Job Brief:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to provide remote support from within Hungary. The selected candidate will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Skills Required:
