Job Brief:

  • Position Title: Process Transformation Developer (Automation and AI)
  • Job type: Full Time, 38 hours/week
  • Base Salary will start at: $100,000 + superannuation
  • Location: Sydney
  • Reporting To: Head of Automation and AI

As a Process Transformation Developer, you will help organisations create time, lower cost and eliminate risk by providing expert advice and solutions to eliminate wasted time and effort by leveraging cutting edge technologies such as AI Agents, Agentic AI, Automation. You will work on multiple client engagements and with different internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a dynamic and people focused candidate who is experienced in scoping and delivering the full lifecycle of the process transformation projects and centre of excellence best practices.

Developer experience in one or more of the following technologies is required: .Net, .Net core, SQL, Python, Rest, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Tungsten Invoice Agility, UiPath, Automation Anywhere.

The ideal candidate will have very strong people skills to support the ability to engage with clients on a technical and business level, analyse and gather requirements and build strong relationships and farm for new opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Consult directly with Client stakeholders
  • Provide process transformation advice based on scientific forensic analysis of the process transformation benefits and value and security.
  • Create Time by designing and developing solutions using AI, Automation platforms and developer tools in accordance with requirements for Private and Australian government entities.
  • Architect security compliant and highly performant transformation solutions with attention to mitigate risk against threats and ensure security compliance (ISO 27001, data encryption and decryption, automation queues, AI security best practices)
  • Analyse requirements and provide process transformation advice.


Skills Required:

Shortlist pre-requisites

  • Strong people / client facing skills and experience.
  • Experience (4+ years) in development
  • Experience (4+ years) in Transformation and Automation technologies (AA, UiPath, Microsoft)
  • Experience (4+ years) experience in AI technologies (Microsoft, Python)
  • Experience with database development and design.
  • Demonstrate the ability to implement security governance throughout the solution
  • Experience in working with enterprise level support teams and meeting support process expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A degree in IT (Computer Science / Software Engineering).
  • RPA Certifications
  • Compliance with Australian Government security check requirements
