Salary Range: AUD74,000 to 85,000 per year + superannuation

Mediadvice Pharmacy Lurnea is a community pharmacy that plays a primary role in the Healthcare Sector. We are a small community pharmacy that pride ourselves in the provision of tailored healthcare services to Lurnea and its surrounding suburbs. Some of the services include dose administration aids, pharmacist consultations, medication reviews and management, local delivery services and vaccinations.

Responsibilities:

·        Dispensary duties which include filling and labelling prescriptions, taking in and handing out prescriptions.

·        Assisting the pharmacist with dispensary orders, stock management, medication storage, and record-keeping.

·        Providing advice on products and educating patients on common health problems.

·        Assisting in the preparation and provision of dose administration aids.

·        Assisting in the provision of home deliveries including filling orders and medical supplies.

Skills Required:

Successful applicants must have:

·        Pharmacy experience with a minimum 2 years of dispensary experience as well as dose administration knowledge is essential.

·        Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy Dispensary or equivalent is essential.

·        Good customer service and communication skills in order to carry out duties is essential.

·        Familiarity with Z dispense or similar dispensing programs is desirable.
