H&R Block trains its Tax Consultants through its own highly regarded Income Tax Course. In Australia, more than 3,500 students enrol in the course annually. The Level One course provides training not only to potential H&R Block employees but to employees of some of the top financial and accounting institutions in the country.

The Role:
A Marketing Executive drives profit and promotes services and products through coordinated marketing campaigns.
To be successful in the position you must have the following:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
· At least 2 years of experience in proven social media marketing, electronic direct mail marketing, and marketing campaigns.
· Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, including client communication calendars, email and SMS deployment, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on optimising conversion rates and building customer journeys.
· Expertise in social media marketing, with a track record of overseeing organic content across various channels, and collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging campaigns. Proven experience with social management tools like Khoros and content creation via Canva, TikTok & Reels.
· Experience in Kentico website content management and performance monitoring, with a keen eye for identifying and resolving issues. Experience using Jira, Miro & Figma.
· Applied understanding of SEO and SEM principles. Experience with SEO SaaS tools including Google Search Console, Brightedge & SEMrush.
· Ability to liaise with agencies and manage seasonal marketing campaigns across project management tools like Asana & Trello.
· Excellent analytical skills for monitoring and reporting on campaign and social media performance. Must have Google Analytics 4 experience.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
· A proactive and adaptable approach to provide ad hoc support to the Marketing Director.
