Responsibilities:
- Strategic Resource Allocation: Determine and procure the optimal tools and equipment for project execution.
- Precision Mechanical Integration: Overseeing the construction and implementation of new equipment, machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Cost and Resource Planning: Accurately estimate material requirements, associated costs, and machinery needs to ensure project efficiency.
- Proactive Maintenance Management: Oversee the inspection and maintenance of machinery and plant equipment, ensuring operational readiness and longevity.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Overseeing the work completed and adherence to project specifications and customer requirements.
- Collaborative Communication: Engage with architects, engineering professionals, technical experts, and tradespeople to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Integrated Project Oversight: Manage the interdependencies between project elements, diligently monitoring time, costs, quality, budget, and risk to achieve project objectives
- Regulatory and Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to relevant legislation, performance standards, and safety protocols, promoting a secure and compliant work environment.
Skills Required:
Technical Skills:
- Mechanical Systems Expertise: A strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated machinery.
- Steel Moulds and Equipment: Experience with the engineering, production, and installation of steel molds and related equipment.
- Concrete Precast Plants: Knowledge of precast plant operations and automated systems.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Precision Measurement: Proficiency in using measuring tools and instruments for accurate fitting and assembly.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
