Responsibilities:

●       Acted as a subject matter expert in the reconciliation of data

●       Working with clients to create and know the business requirements

●       Identify, investigate, and monitor the business requirement and workflow. 

●       Identifying and assessing inefficiencies and proposing optimal management strategies, system efficiency and behaviour 

●       Using project management methodologies, concepts and strategies to establish project plans and expense, capital and project management

●       Taking Responsibility for the implementation of functional solutions, such as the development, adoption and execution of system test plans to ensure appropriate consistency and credibility of the system

●       Creating user and training documents, and organizing formal training classes 

●       developing functional specifications for use by system developers

●       Using data and process simulation techniques to create consistent system requirements for the design and production of system software

●       Serving as a key guide and knowledge source, providing feedback and assistance in the decision-making process of the project framework

●       Authoring of business requirements and software specifications based on end client needs.

●       Ownership of functional solutions throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering & specification, all the way through to testing, deployment and adoption of solutions at end clients.

●       Managed project teams responsible for the development and delivery of functional solutions.



Skills Required:

·       Financial Industry Knowledge:

  • A strong understanding of financial markets, asset management, investment accounting, or related domains. (This is crucial given NeoXam's focus.)
  • Familiarity with financial instruments, data, and regulatory requirements.

·       Business Analysis Expertise:

  • Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis techniques and tools.

·       Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Understanding:

  • Knowledge of the SDLC and experience working with development teams.
  • Ability to participate in all phases of the SDLC, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.

·       Data Analysis and Management Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Experience with data modeling, data analysis, and data management concepts.
  • Experience with reconciliation of data  and\ data management domains\.
