We are looking for a Hotel Services Manager to join our team.


Responsibilities:

The Hotel Services Manager will be responsible the following:

·         The supervision of the Housekeeping Team during day-to-day operations, suggesting improvements and changes

·         Determining work requirements and allocating duties to fellow staff

·         Maintaining attendance records and rosters

·         Developing cleaning standards for both guest rooms and public areas

·         Playing a key role in providing training to Room Attendants, ensuring the rooms are presented in accordance with brand cleanliness standards

·         A keen eye for detail and the ability to recognize reoccurring cleaning issues

·         Proficiency in the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, leading the team by example

·         Conferring with fellow workers to resolve grievances

·         Ensuring appropriate tools/equipment are provided to employees

·         A good knowledge of hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.

·         Ability to coordinate activities and establish effective communication with all the departments in the hotel to ensure the best outcomes for our guests

·         Good knowledge of hotel facilities to ensure all guest's requests are met

 The job will be full time, with hours to be worked between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.

Skills Required:

·         Qualifications in hospitality management

·         Relevant experience in a similar sized establishment for at least 3 years  

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.  

·         Ability to lead people

Salary of UAD 70k to 85k
