Salary Range: AUD 73,150 to 86,850 per year + Superannuation

Responsibilities:
The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for the following:
· Oversee Delivery of digital projects including SEO, Paid Social, Paid Search, and Email.
· Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
· Investigate and determine clients' wants and needs.
· Plan and implement digital strategies for clients.
· Coordinate the optimization of web content to improve SEO, ensuring alignment with overall campaign goals and deadlines.
· Present and train social media strategies to clients.
· Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting within budget constraints.
· Recommend, design, and implement digital projects to increase their ROI.
· Ensure client KPI targets are met.
· Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
· Prepare and present reports on their progress
· Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
· Maintaining and nurturing business relationships with clients.
· Develop strong client relationships with senior stakeholders while maintaining a presence with day-to-day client teams.
Skills Required:
Successful applicants must have:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or similar relevant field
● At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
● Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Programs
● Proficient with SEO/SEM and CRM Software
● Proficiency in Advertising and Marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads Manager, HubSpot, Wildjar, etc.
● Experienced in Website Builders and Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc.
● Knowledge of Web Analytics and Data Tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Data Studio
● In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
● Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
