As our business (Salutem Group Pty Ltd) continues to develop & expand at a rapid pace,we have exciting new opportunities for highly driven individuals. We are looking for a self-motivated highly driven individual whohas a proven track record of delivering results.

As Chief Operating Officer you will ensure the business canwelcome its biggest potential customer or opportunity at anymoment. You'll provide strategic leadership & hands on approach acrossthe business.

  • Being the driving force behind all activities
  • Decisions, managing budgets, and procurement strategies
  • Driving market-leading services & innovation across thebusiness to improve performance
  • Developing planning policies and establishing standards andgoals for organizations
  • Offering day-to-day guidance and oversight to organizations,and guiding and endorsing policies to achieve objectives, meetspecific targets, and optimize profitability and efficiency
  • Evaluating evolving situations and responding by issuinginstructions and directives to lower-level staff
  • Collaborating with immediate subordinates and departmentalleaders on topics like operational methods, equipment needs,finances, sales, and human resources
  • Approving the funding for significant policy implementationinitiatives
  • Representing the organization at official events, duringnegotiations, at conferences, workshops, public hearings, andforums, and facilitating communication between various areasof responsibility
  • Preparing, or arranging for the creation of, reports, financialplans, and forecasts, and delivering them to governing bodies
  • Choosing and overseeing the performance of senior personnel
  • May assume responsibility for some or all of accounting, sales,marketing, human resources, and other specialized functions


Skills Required:

  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles & business
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with theability to interface effectively at all levels
  • Proficiency in data analysis and strategic decision making
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulationsand risk management
  • Managing day to day activities, overcome obstacles
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box

Salary is above AUD 100,000 + Superannuation
