Position Summary:
Responsible for driving the growth of ASG Australia across the Asia-Pacific region by developing and implementing sales, marketing, and brand strategies. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, building strong customer loyalty, and positioning Scicon Sports as a leading brand in the performance cycling and lifestyle markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
  • Define and implement sales targets, track performance against goals, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Lead initiatives to promote Scicon Sports products (eyewear, travel bags, accessories) through multi-channel campaigns, partnerships, and events.
  • Develop and oversee strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty, ensuring strong customer engagement across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners, negotiating agreements that drive sustainable growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing to design and deliver impactful promotional campaigns aligned with global brand strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategy accordingly.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and cycling competitions to strengthen visibility and expand networks.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, brand development, and market opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent brand image and reputation across all regional activities.
