Job Brief:
In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for building, developing, and leading a team of independent sales organizations (ISOs) focused on originating high-quality MCA leads. You'll leverage your industry expertise and leadership skills to drive significant sales growth and achieve ambitious revenue targets.


Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, onboard, and train a network of top-performing ISO partners.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize lead generation and origination.
  3. Provide ongoing coaching and support to your ISO partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to succeed.
  4. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize performance.
  5. Foster strong relationships with partner ISOs and act as a trusted advisor.
  6. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the MCA industry and regulatory environment.


Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the merchant cash advance industry, preferably in a similar management role.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of ISO partnerships and the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to set clear goals, motivate teams, and drive results.
  • Deep understanding of financial services and the needs of small businesses.

  1. Weekly Salary $800 plus uncapped commission 1% funding through broker, 10% if funded by self

  4. Make passive income in other services, generate multiple streams of income of one client and one time commission in certain services. Income can be $3K+ a week passively.

Your required to fund $200,000 a week through broker or by self $100,000.
