Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor security alarms according to Wells Fargo security procedures in their Security Response Center.
  • Assist in obtaining the initial information for all reported incidents.
  • Work closely with other Security Response Center Analysts to ensure processes are followed according to written procedures.
  • Work with alarm vendors to find solutions to problems related to alarm systems.
  • Notify various bank groups/government agencies as required.
  • Assist customers in resolving alarm system maintenance/service needs.
  • Perform data entry in support of Security Response Center requirements.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


Job Skills:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • An AA/AAS degree degree
