Are you a skilled video editor with deep knowledge of video creation and graphic design? Do you get excited about creating compelling video & graphic content and driving results? Are you determined to master the ability to turn any branded content into a volume of social gold?

AdOutreach is seeking a full-time Video Editor & Creative Content Specialist to work in-house as part of the Marketing Team to work with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery - from a collection of photography to short video clips - and turn them into content assets built for individual platforms and audiences.

On a typical day, the Video Editor & Creative Content Specialist will work on a team of collaborative, high-performing marketing professionals to generate compelling content to attract new business to AdOutreach. The ideal candidate will expertly utilize tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to ensure that the video & graphic content they produce is converting and resulting in consistent growth for the company. The ideal candidate is also detail-oriented and has strong project management and organizational skills; you can manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

  • Editing & Assembling YouTube, FB, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tik Tok & Snapchat ads

  • Editing & Assembling YouTube Channel Videos

  • Working with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery - from a collection of photography to short video clips - and turning them into content assets built for individual platforms and audiences

  • Mastering the ability to turn any branded content into a volume of social gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.)

  • Develop templates and standardized workflows to help the company work more efficiently

  • Digital asset management: ingesting, organizing, distributing, and archiving video footage

  • Assist in the setup, lighting, and camera work during shoots & coordinate all persons and activity appearing on camera



  • Extraordinary skills in Video Editing & Graphic Design

  • Skilled in Video Editing: Capable of managing all technical aspects of video editing, color correction, audio mixing, and media management

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro

  • Candidate’s portfolio contains examples of Video Editing on multiple platforms, Graphic Design including but not limited to Thumbnails, GIFs, Display Advertisements, Infographics

  • Experienced in creating Business-to-Business (B2B) video content (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and acute vision

  • Inherent curiosity to ideate, test, learn and repeat. You love the processes themselves just as much as the end results.

  • Ability to work at a fast pace and deliver results

  • Quick learner & self-starter with a think-on-your-feet attitude

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A commitment to high standards, excellence, and teamwork

Bonus Points: 

  • Skilled in After Effects (After Effects - Animating supers, shapes, and type, rotoscoping, tracking, simple VFX)

  • Videography or design education OR equivalent relevant experience
