Client Experience Coordinator

AdOutreach is looking to hire a full-time Client Experience Coordinator to contribute to the continued success of our company by supporting our clients throughout their time in our program. The Client Experience Coordinator will work directly with the Client Success team to ensure that we are providing our clients with an exceptional, high-engagement experience.

As the Client Experience Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that clients are properly supported by guiding them to appropriate trainings, coaching calls, and events so they remain on track with the program milestones as well as their marketing and business goals. The Client Experience Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining and increasing client satisfaction and retention throughout our programs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding Calls: You will be creating and managing our welcome process that gives clients a powerful first impression and sets them up for success

  • Customer Service: Respond to client support requests (tickets) quickly and thoroughly to provide quality answers and feedback

  • CRM Administration: Tracking clients’ progress, activity, milestones, and graduation dates in Hubspot

  • Actively managing client’s progress with modules, answering questions, soliciting feedback from them on areas where they need help, etc. and sharing this feedback/information with the Client Success team

  • Scheduling and executing client testimonial interviews to be used for marketing and promotion

  • Engaging with clients in private Facebook groups and provide guidance in the community

  • Managing and contributing to engagement posts on FB and other platforms that will specifically encourage more involvement from all clients by soliciting more info/stories/wins/testimonials, etc.

  • Coordinate with Operations department on Client Gifts 

Must-Have:

  • Desire to build and maintain high-touch relationships

  • Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
