AdOutreach is looking for a Client Concierge to assist our team in supporting clients as they progress through our “YouTube Ads Workshop” program. This includes facilitating client onboarding, answering support tickets, and communicating with the Client Success team in order to ensure the best results for our clients.
This is a full-time, remote position.

We are looking for someone with strong oral & written communication skills, trained in customer service and looking to expand their horizons within a fast-paced environment. Someone who is a driven individual with professionalism and tact will excel in this role. You must be coachable and ready to learn how to succeed as a Client Concierge at AdOutreach.
