Absoft Ltd are seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a drive and passion for the sale of services while building positive and collaborative relationships with new clients and our existing client base alike.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Some account management/business development experience
  • Good time management
  • Ability to plan work and organise own workload and engage others in a timely manner
  • Presentation & negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness, focus & responsibility
  • Good communication skills – both oral and written
  • Deadline driven and self-motivated
  • Numeracy
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Key Duties

  • Engage with clients face to face to identify their needs
  • Aid in the development of account development plans to enable growth of target accounts
  • Contribute to business planning
  • Co-ordinating and preparing high quality timely proposals, in line with approved collateral such as UVPs and based on approved engagement models as well as seeking input from Consultants and Project Managers
  • Maintain and update contractual requirements
  • Communicate clearly with consultants and project managers to  ensure our offering meets the client’s needs
  • Engage with customers to agree any commercial changes required as advised by project managers.
