Job Brief:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled UI/UX Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will craft intuitive, user-friendly experiences that blend aesthetics with functionality.
Responsibilities:

• Design and improve user interfaces and experiences for new and existing applications, focusing on engagement and usability.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product visuals and user experiences, using Material Design guidelines.
• Conduct user research, develop personas, and create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys to optimize the user experience.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to refine and enhance designs, maintaining a user-centric approach.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • UI/UX tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a user-first mindset.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
