Job Brief: 
We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our IT team and support our production and business-critical environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support for complex SAP and HANA troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
• Assist with and prepare data and technical information for internal and external security audits, and implement required remediation actions.
• Troubleshoot SQL and HANA databases, including performance optimization and backups.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced network and infrastructure issues.
• Mentor and support Officers and Associates in their daily tasks.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, best practices, and IT knowledge base.
• Coordinate with vendors for escalated issues.
• Participate in IT process improvement, project planning, and implementation.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors or IT leadership.

Technical Skills :

• Strong Windows Server and Linux administration skills.
• Strong database administration skills.
• Strong Active Directory & Group Policy management skills.
• Good knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong experience in cloud hosting and virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Very good experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Strong firewall and network troubleshooting skills.
• Solid knowledge of monitoring tools and centralized infrastructure logging.
• Very good understanding and practical experience in supporting security audits and security scan remediation actions.

Soft Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in System Administration.
• Strong experience managing production environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of ownership, responsibility, and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently before escalating.
• Understand the difference between a temporary workaround and a true root-cause solution.
• Proactive in identifying risks and infrastructure improvement opportunities.
• Good understanding of upgrade and migration processes and concepts.

Certifications:

• Any of the following certifications would be considered a plus: CCNA, ITIL, SLES Linux
