Job Brief:
Develop experience in SAP solutions to Work with company clients and support in the selection, implementation of specific HR SAP solutions and effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve expected business results. This is not an internal HR officient position.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in kickoff meetings to collect, understand and evaluate client’s business requirements to suitable SAP solution.
• Attend SAP demo meetings to develop functional expertise from the Senior Project Managers.
•  Assist in preparing and documenting project’ blueprints to provide detailed, specific information on projects and all deliverables in coordination with the project manager and other project members.
• Serve as a project team member to execute and implement SAP solutions for clients and ensure the process timeline is followed correctly and successfully.
• Perform Testing of SAP system after implementing of each phase and ensure the system is running error free
• Assist in key user training on implemented SAP solutions in coordination with the functional senior employees.
• Support client and serve as a main point of contact during Go Live and Installation process.
• Develop excellent client relationship and respond directly to any client’s inquiries.
•  Attend meetings with project counterparts to ensure the project goals are met successfully.
• Handle clients’ tickets and ensure solving issues or inquiries that arises any time during or after the implementation of the project on a timely and accurate manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure updating the status of each ticket assigned to you on the ticking system.
• Ensure continuous learning concerning the current or new SAP products.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
• Other tasks required by the company.

Academic Requirements:

University degree, preferably in Management , Human Resources or relevent field

Experience & Job Requirements :

0-2 years of experience in SAP applications is preffered
