We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, a deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), and a passion for delivering high-quality products. You will work closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web, mobile, windows, and API applications.
• Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly, ensuring clear and actionable bug reports.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define quality standards and ensure alignment.
• Participate in requirements analysis, offering a QA perspective early in the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger.
• Contribute to performance and security testing initiatives.
• Analyze test results, debug issues, and provide detailed reports to management.
• Support deployment validation activities, including smoke and sanity tests in production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a Quality Assurance or Software Testing role.
• Solid understanding of manual testing techniques and automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TFS, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Hands-on experience in API testing and familiarity with RESTful services.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in performance testing.
• Knowledge of security testing basics.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
