Job Brief:We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects, improve testing processes, and enhance overall software quality.


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using TFS
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
• Assist in root cause analysis of issues and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends.

Skills Required:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Experience with manual and automated testing
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (TFS, etc.)
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with performance testing tools
• Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation.
• Experience in mobile app testing.
