Job Description: As a People and Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employee experience and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that support our values, drive employee engagement, and align with our business goals. The People and Culture Manager will have one HR resource under him/her who is mainly responsible for payroll and administrative work. 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through targeted initiatives.
  •  Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values and mission. Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven company culture.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding to secure strong cultural and role fit.
  • Implement and manage performance review systems, supporting employee development and career growth.
  • Design and facilitate training and development programs that support professional growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on HR metrics and KPIs to enable data-driven decisions.
  •  Administer payroll and compensation management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company values.
  •  Manage offboarding and exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions and retention of knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations, address conflicts, and promote open communication.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and culture.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and programs.
  • Experience with performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
