We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Specialist to join our team. As an Autism Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Responsibilities: 

  • Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children on the spectrum
  • Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  • Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals working with individuals with autism
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Drive up to 20 miles to client locations
  • Carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism

Current Availability: Between 2 and 8 pm Monday-Saturdays open, Sunday's also available.

Qualifications:

  • Entry level position, training will be provided
  • High School diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care and collaboration with team members
  • Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis
