As a Social Media Executive at Aarna Systems, you will play a key role in developing and implementing social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for our clients. You will be responsible for managing various social media platforms, creating compelling content, and executing paid advertising campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create high-quality, engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and interactive media.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their goals and target audience demographics.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance analysis.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of social media efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
