Job Overview:

We are looking for a QA Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and functionality of our digital products and services. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.

• Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and defects in a structured manner.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.

• Automate test scripts using tools like Selenium, JIRA, or other relevant frameworks.

• Ensure software meets business and user requirements before release.

• Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.

• Continuously improve testing processes and recommend best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle.

• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JIRA, or Postman.

• Knowledge of bug tracking systems and Agile methodologies.

• Ability to write clear and concise test cases and reports.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with API testing and performance testing.

• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Java.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
