HR Executive

Job Overview:
Aarna Systems is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR functions and be able to contribute to a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Payroll & Compliance: Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking .
Performance Management: Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
HR Operations: Maintain employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure smooth HR processes.
Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and company guidelines are effectively communicated and followed.
Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns and provide resolutions in coordination with management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in an IT/Digital Marketing company is a plus.
Familiarity with HRMS tools.
