Job Summary:
Aarna System Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to oversee and manage digital marketing projects. As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
Understand client goals, requirements, and expectations for digital marketing projects.
Develop project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with strategy, creative, content, SEO, paid media, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Communicate project progress, issues, and results to clients through regular updates and reports.
Manage client feedback, change requests, and approvals efficiently.
Monitor project performance using analytics and reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify and address risks or issues that may impact project success.
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and post-project evaluations with both clients and internal teams.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling digital services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role in a digital marketing agency or environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple projects.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience in upselling or cross-selling digital marketing services.
Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
Understanding of creative and web development processes.
