Job Brief:

Title: Project Manager

$15-$20/ Hour

Approximately 15 Hours per Week

This posting is for a medical CER writing position within a fresh and exciting startup. Cite Medical is a relatively new startup (3 years) that’s changing the way device manufacturers approach their Clinical Evaluation.  Through a highly focused team and proprietary software platform, CiteMed can offer a depth of service that traditional ‘consulting firms’ can’t match.

Responsibilities:

- Staff Resourcing
- Timeline adherence per SOW
- Project forecasting
- Workload forecasting
- Risk identification and management
- General comms with client
- General comms with operations team
- Delivering product to client per SOW scope
- Managing operations staff costs and time sheets in Xero
- Managing of project’s timelines and budget to targets
- Report on budget and timeline to management and highlight risks to QCD
- Retrieve paid articles highlighted by the CP VA
- Run operations meetings weekly
- Highlight any issues with documentation in Project team To-Dos
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Skills Required:

-        1+ years Experience in a project management role.

-        Proficient level of spoken and written English

-        Proven ability to solve problems creatively

-        Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

-        Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

-        Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness

-        Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

-        Available for meetings on CST Time

Desired experience:

-        Some experience working in the medical device industry
