The primary function of this role is to utilize their experience and understanding about targeting content for the end user audience to determine the content to resolve the identified knowledge gap and then to either convey that information to the content creators or create/revise the content themselves.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the prioritized knowledge gaps and how to determine how to best frame the new/revised content to best resolve them.
  • Engages with Line HR and HR functional teams that have the needed information to assess their existing content and determine what should be migrated to resolve knowledge gaps.
  • Assesses content to be migrated to determine the level of rework required to meet the global standards.
  • Generates writing tasks outlining the source information, audience, and formatting requirements for the content creators.
  • Provides advice, guidance, and support to help content creators understand the gaps they are trying to fill.
  • Provides subject matter and functional expertise relative to content management.
  • Creates clear, concise, and accurate end-user content in the form of FAQs, work instructions, and overviews on a wide variety of HR topics.
  • Ensures all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in executing a content strategy including content generation, planning,
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a deep understanding of grasp of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in working collaboratively across different functions at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to coach others.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt a style of copy to various audiences, purposes, or media.
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
